From a Discovery in Colombia to a Home in Morocco

Our story began in 2014 on a vibrant rooftop hostel bar in Barranquilla, Colombia. I was only 20 years old and just starting my very first big trip. At that time, everything I discovered felt electric and new. That rooftop was open to everyone. It allowed me, a young traveler, to mix freely with locals and people from across the globe. As I watched those connections happen, I was deeply impressed by the magic of the moment. I realized then that a hostel could be more than just a place to crash. In fact, it could be a bridge between cultures. I knew that I would someday realize a project of my own: a hostel in Tamraght to pay that feeling forward.

Realizing a Decade-Long Dream

The road eventually led me to Morocco. But it was a mix of luck and love that made me stay. This is where I met my wife. Together, we finally found the perfect home for the dream of Les Terrasses.

Everything you see here reflects that decade of traveling. We built this place for the traveler we have become. We still crave the communal spirit of a hostel. However, we now appreciate the quiet luxury of a thoughtful space. So, we’ve moved away from the ‘standard’ hostel experience. We offer something more intimate instead. This includes cozy private rooms with ocean views and high-quality capsule dorms. Also, we prioritize meticulous daily cleaning for your comfort.

Soulful Mornings and Real Connections

We truly love the ritual of the morning. That’s why we put a lot of heart into our breakfasts. We want our guests to have something wonderful to look forward to when they wake up. It’s a peaceful start to the day. You can fuel up with a real meal before heading out to the waves.

When we sit together on our terrace, we’re here for real conversations. We love to talk about life, travels, or the projects that inspire you. We want this to be a space where you feel heard.
