Cancellation Policy — Les Terrasses Hostel

Rooms & Dormitory Beds

• Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival.
• After this period or no-show: 1 night charged.

3-Bedroom Apartment

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• After this period or no-show: 50% of the stay charged.

Surf Package (min. 4-night stay)

• Free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival.
• Between 10 and 3 days before arrival: 50% of the stay charged.
• Less than 3 days before arrival or no-show: full stay charged.

Weather and Wave Conditions
Les Terrasses cannot be held responsible for swell, wind, or weather conditions during your stay. In case of flat seas or conditions deemed unsafe by our instructors, a session may be rescheduled or replaced with an alternative activity (different spot, theory session, excursion). No refund will be issued for a missed or modified session due to natural conditions.
